Scott 4
Scott 4 were formed in 1995 by Scott Blixen & Ed Tilley. Guitarist John Moody completed the trio, whose full-length debut Recorded in State was unfairly dismissed as a rip-off of the thriving slacker rock that was dominating indie at the time. Their follow up, Works Project LP, was a critical (if not commercial) triumph - successfully cementing their unique sound in a record that paid tribute to Kraftwerk and Tom Waits in equal measure.
