All press enquiries, please contact Judy at Motormouthmedia. www.motormouthmedia.com The event takes place over 3 days, from Friday 11th September to Sunday 13th September 2009 inclusive at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, NY. The three-day festival will have performances starting in the mid-afternoon, with around 35 acts set to play live across the weekend with DJ sets until late into the night, comedy, movies and more. There is dining, bars and other amenities onsite. Performances all take place indoors at the intimate venues within the complex, so you have no need to fear about the weather! The format from this years event will also be the same as 2008, with Friday featuring Don't Look Back sets and a comedy curated stage. Saturday will be once again curated by ATP and Sunday will be our special guest curator who we will be revealing in the coming weeks. Criterion will once again host the cinema. Kutshers is a country club based in upstate New York, less than 2 hours from drive from New York City. The club is set in 1200 acres of beautiful countryside in the magnificent Catskills mountains. The resort comprises of a hotel with several bars/nightclubs and cafes/restaurants. Plus various other amenities including a swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, health spa and much much more.. The ticket price is $235 + booking fee per person. This will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances. There are two types of tickets on-sale: first tickets without accommodation, and second tickets with accommodation at either Kutshers or the nearby Raleigh Hotel. The Raleigh Hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes bus ride away from Kutshers and we will be running shuttle buses between the two hotels. The Raleigh also has a bar where we will have djs playing into the night. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RALEIGH OR KUTSHERS IN REGARDS TO ATP. The link to buy tickets or tickets/rooms is here: http://www.seetickets.com/atp The accommodation comes in rooms for 3 or 4 persons at The Raleigh and rooms for 6 or 7 persons at Kutshers. 3 persons - $450 (Plus $58.50 tax + bf) Accommodations are sold by the room in 3 day blocks only, (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), you cannot buy just a single night. You are permitted to have any number up to the maximum occupancy in the room. For example, if you wish to purchase a 4 person occupancy room, you are permitted to have 1 - 4 people sharing the room during the event, and the price is the same for the room, regardless of how many people stay. Each person will still need to purchase a festival pass. All rooms have TVs, private bathrooms, some have fridges, and some patio doors opening on to the view of the lake - All rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis. |
