  • What are the age restrictions of the festival?

    Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, under 5s are admitted free. Under 10s must be out of the venue by 8pm. Please make sure young children use ear protection!

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    Your tickets will be posted in the month before the event, so don't worry if you don't receive them sooner.

    If you are outside of the UK the ticket company you use may wish you to do box office collection at the event - please check with them for details as it will differ depending on which company you used.

    Alexandra Palace do not have a ticket box office so cannot make sales- but if you want to buy tickets in person rather than on the internet one ticket agency to use is Stargreen near Oxford Circus tube, address:
