• What are the age restrictions of the festival?

  Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, under 5s are admitted free. Under 10s must be out of the venue by 8pm. Please make sure young children use ear protection!

• When will I receive my tickets?

  Your tickets will be posted in the month before the event, so don't worry if you don't receive them sooner.

  If you are outside of the UK the ticket company you use may wish you to do box office collection at the event - please check with them for details as it will differ depending on which company you used.

• What is this about shuttle buses to public transport?

  We will be operating shuttle buses from Alexandra Palace to Wood Green Underground Station. See our Travel Info page for more info.

• What are the timings each day?

  Doors will open at midday, with the event finishing at 1am on Saturday and Sunday. Portishead will finish by 11pm both nights. Full stage times are here.
