When is it?

The festival takes place on Saturday October 26th 2013. The event starts at midday and runs until 11pm with around 14 acts in total set to play live.

What is included in the ticket price?

The two venues for Release The Bats are just a stones throw from the CBD. There will be two stages, DJs and much more. One of the extracurricular highlights of our recent event, Pricasso, will return to paint some special Halloween portraits in his own inimitable style.

Is accommodation included?

Unlike some ATP events, with I'll Be Your Mirror there is no on-site accommodation included in ticket price. There is a huge amount of accommodation available in the Melbourne area with a number of transport links to the venue.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will only be posted close the event, so don't worry if you don't receive them sooner. We will email all ticketholders to confirm dispatch when it happens.

If you are outside of Australia your tickets will be held for box office collection at the event - just bring your credit card used to book the tickets, and a copy of the booking confirmation email.

If you are worried about your ticket order - just email us at feedback@atpfestival.com as we will ensure anyone with a valid order is able to enter the event even if there has been a mishap with the ticket dispatch.

What if I have a problem with my ticket?

Please first contact the ticket agent you bought your tickets from - check your Booking Confirmation email for details of which one it was, as we use more than one!

If you cannot find your booking confirmation email, check your bank statement as this will list the company name.

If they're unable to help, email us at feedback@atpfestival.com

What happens if I lose/break my wristband at the event?

If you break your wristband please bring it with you to the main check-in area so it can be replaced straight away. We cannot replace lost wristbands.

Where do I go if I have a problem over the weekend?

If you have any problem over the weekend, please go to the Information Kiosk highlighted on your map, or to the main Check-In area to speak to someone from ATP.

Is there a bar at the event?

Yes, if you plan on drinking alcohol in any of the licensed areas you must be over 18. To ensure you there is no problem, please bring along Photo ID to the festival.

Our band would like to play ATP and they are great, how do I go about it getting them booked in?

Sorry but all acts and DJ's playing ATP are selected by us or by the curators of a particular event. So if you haven't been invited it is not likely to happen. Sorry, maybe next year?

How do I get to the site? What Is The Address?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, sorry - all ticket bookings must be made online.

How many tickets are for sale?

ATP is capped at less than 3,000 people to ensure a more intimate festival experience.

What are your photography / video / recording rules?

Professional cameras are prohibited unless accompanied  with a valid photopass. Video cameras and audio recording equipment are also prohibited.

What about access for people with disabilities? Are tickets available for them to attend with carers?

There will be disabled viewing areas available at both stages at the event. Unfortunately the cinema is only accessible by stairs making it unaccessible for some. Please contact feedback@atpfestival.com if you wish to attend with a carer.

What are the age restrictions of the festival?

The event is restricted to over 18s only.

What happens if it rains??

Both stages are indoors with award winning sound so no need to worry about the weather!
