Q: Are Day Tickets available to buy?
A: We're sorry but there are no day tickets currently available for this festival.

Q: Is there a camping option available on site at Pontins?
A: No, unfortunately not. If you wish to stay on site at Pontins during the festival, you will have to purchase one of the 'Weekend Ticket + Accommodation Package' options. Please see our accommodation info page for the type of accommodation this refers to.

Q: What about disabled access / carers?
A: If you're concerned about mobility issues, please get in touch with us directly so we can give you full details. We have a small amount of 4-person adapted chalets and can provide complimentary festival entry for carers when proof of disability for the person they are caring for is provided  - so you would just be paying for 3 full price tickets (please note though that as room cost is factored into ticket prices; the 4th ticket would not be at a full £199 price deduction). To book these you must first contact us via feedback@atpfestival.com.

Q: Does the venue offer disabled access?
A: Yes. Both main rooms have areas for wheelchair users, and there is a disabled lift which accesses every floor of the venue.

Q: I'm arriving on Thursday night. Can I check in then?
A: Unfortunately not. Check in opens at midday / 12pm on Friday.

Q: What time can I check-in from on Friday?
A: Midday / 12pm.

Q: What time do I have to check-out of my accommodation on Monday?
A: 10am

Q: What time does the music finish each night?
A: After the bands finish, we will have DJs until around 4am.

Q: Can I bring alcohol on site with me?
A: Yes, but you cannot take your own alcohol into the venues.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Towels, toiletries, and food & drink for your chalet (if you have purchased a ticket option with onsite accommodation included). For more info on what's included in the chalets - please see our accommodation info page

Q: Is there a cash machine on site?
A: Yes, there are two. One in reception, and one in the arcade.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Currently all tickets are sold as e-tickets. The chalet-booker will need to show order confirmation along with some personal ID at check-in.

Q: Where do I go if I have a problem over the weekend?
A: If you have any problem over the weekend with your accommodation, please go to the main reception firstly to see if anyone there can help. If they can't help or you have a more festival-related problem or enquiry, head over to the ATP Production office and ask if you can speak to a member of ATP staff.

Q: What happens if I lose or break my wristband?
A: If you lose or break your wristband please come to the main reception / check-in area. If you have the broken wristband please bring this with you so it can be replaced straight away. If however you lose your wristband; please bring some form of identification with you so we can double-check your name on the accommodation listing. Photo ID would obviously be best. If your wristband has been put on too tight - please go to the main reception / check-in area and we will swap it for you.

Q: Can my band play at the festival?
A: Sorry but all acts and DJ's playing ATP are selected by the curators. They have a list as long as their arms of acts they would like to invite. So if you haven't been invited it is not likely to happen.

Q: I have a food / drink / merch stall that I'd like to set up at the festival. Can I do this?
A: The only merchandise we currently sell is ATP merchandise like t-shirts and posters, and also merchandise by artists performing at the event. All food and drink are provided by the venues so please do not contact us regarding food/drink vending.

Q: I have a press enquiry regarding the festival. Who can I contact?
A: All press enquires for ATP at Prestatyn should be addressed to jay@prescriptionpr.co.uk

Q: Can I take photos / videos in the venues?
A: Sorry but no professional type cameras or recording devices will be allowed in the venues. By entering the event site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: No sorry, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Q: Are all stages indoors?
A: Yes, that's correct.
