ATP New York Ticket Dispatch / Important Information

ATP New York 2010 tickets and info letters are being dispatched soon to all U.S. and Canadian customers who paid through Brownpapertickets and will arrive with you in the few weeks before the event. Please don't worry if you do not receive your paper tickets before you travel - just check out the relevant letters on the link below and bring your personal ID, the card you used to book with, and the booking confirmation code from Brownpapertickets to check-in.
All non U.S./Canadian customers, and those U.S. & Canadian customers who paid for rooms and/or tickets through us direct will be collecting their tickets at will-call when they arrive at the event. If you paid DIRECT through us please make sure to bring with you the booking reference you were given via email when you booked and personal ID.
We have prepared information letters detailing the check-in process, and there are also some forms required by those who have booked accommodation for the event.
