The five boroughs of New York City are home to an incredibly wide selection of accommodations - tar too many for us to list - airbnb.com, hotwire.com, booking.com, hotels.com and tripadvisor.com are good places to research. Those ATP ticketholders who have been waiting for information regarding rooms at Asbury Park's Berkeley hotel will be emailed information regarding reduced booking rates at Manhattan's Ace Hotel.
Tickets will be dispatched to all customers in the USA and Canada in early August at the latest.
Unless otherwise stated by your Ticket Agent when you buy, all international orders (non US/Canada) will pick up their tickets from willcall collection at the event on the day.
All ticketholders and accommodation holders will be emailed prior to the event with more info on the event and information on how to check-in for their tickets at willcall (if applicable).
Please allow some time for your tickets to arrive before contacting us - as distances and postage times will vary and some orders may arrive sooner than others.
If you can't order online and need assistance or an alternative method, or you have a problem or enquiry with your ticket order, first, please contact the ticket agents. They are Brownpapertickets or Ticketweb, here are their contact details:

Sorry but all acts and DJ's playing ATP are selected by the curators or by us directly. Our curator has a list as long as his arm of acts he would like to invite, and so do we! So if you haven't been invited it is not likely to happen. Sorry, make a great album and maybe next year?
The only merchandise we currently allow to be sold is ATP merchandise like T-shirts or CDs and also merchandise by artists performing at the event, sorry.
Sorry! If you've got a question we haven't answered here, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon we can. Thanks!
