Dear I'll Be Your Mirror Tokyo ticketholders,
We are very sorry to have to announce that on the advice of our Japanese partners Creativeman this year's I'll Be Your Mirror Tokyo event will be rescheduled to later in 2012.
We understand this will come as a shock and we sincerely apologise that we were not able to inform you before now - ticket sales in comparison to last year's event are very slow and unfortunately some artists we were attempting to book were not able to commit to the event to make it the success we and Creativeman feel it should be. At this stage it will not be financially possible to run the event.
We will be announcing details of the new dates very soon. For now, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
If once the new details are finalised you won't be able to attend the rescheduled dates, we sincerely apologise and can offer you a refund of your tickets - please contact the ticket agency you used if you would like to do so.
Our apologies go out to any of you who had already made travel plans and we hope you'll be able to reschedule or claim a refund on any transport bookings without significant loss.
We thank you again for booking, and we hope to see you later this year for a great event - we are very proud of the success of our first Tokyo event and ultimately hope to make this year's event just as successful.
If you have any questions, please email us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we possibly can - please watch our website for updates on the rescheduled event.
