Today we are happy to announce a new batch of artists, and we can also confirm that Sunday day tickets are now on sale. See below for full info...

ATP celebrate 10 years with a birthday party on Saturday 4th September hosting a day of past ATP curators, ATP Recordings artists and friends. To complete the line-up for this day our new additions are headed up by HALLOGALLO 2010, a very special new project headed by Michael Rother and featuring Steve Shelley (Sonic Youth) and Aaron Mullan (Tall Firs). Hallogallo 2010 will perform the music of Rother's 1970s Krautrock legends Neu! - their recent debut show in Barcelona was rapturously received. Also confirmed are cult heros SHELLAC who appear as ATP's House Band, FURSAXA, SIAN ALICE GROUP and TEXT OF LIGHT (featuring Sonic Youth's Lee Ranaldo). Steve Albini of Shellac is also confirmed to host his Card Games Room over the weekend. Here's that day's full line-up...

Jim Jarmusch will curate Sunday 5th September and a new addition to his previously announced choices comes in the shape of garage rock band THE GREENHORNES. Unfortunately the previously announced Brian Jonestown Massacre have had to cancel their appearance. Here's how the day is looking so far with more to be announced...

All three days will also feature DJs and Cinema presented by Criterion. This year the bars, food vendors and Djs will continue until 6pm on Monday 6th September so that all guests can enjoy a more relaxing start to their post-ATP week.


Festival Tickets are priced at $250 + booking fee for the weekend. Friday day tickets are priced at $110 + booking fee. Saturday and Sunday day tickets are priced at $120 + booking fee.

Weekend Bus travel is available between Brooklyn or Manhattan and the festival. Day Bus travel is available between Manhattan and the festival.

Accommodation at Kutshers is now sold out. Limited rooms for groups 4 are available at the nearby Raleigh hotel (we operate a free shuttle bus between the hotel and festival site all weekend). Rooms are priced at $150 + room tax per person, full information available at atpfestival.com.

ABOUT THE VENUE


Kutshers is a country club based in upstate New York, less than 2 hours drive from New York City. The club is set in 1200 acres of beautiful countryside in the magnificent Catskills mountains. The resort comprises of a hotel with several bars/nightclubs and cafes/restaurants. Plus various other amenities including a swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, health spa and much much more.


The event takes place over 3 days, from Friday 3rd September to Sunday 5th September 2009 inclusive at Kutshers. Performances starting in the mid-afternoon, with around 35 acts set to play live across the weekend with DJ sets until late into the night, comedy, movies and more. There is dining, bars and other amenities onsite. Performances all take place indoors at the intimate venues within the complex, so you have no need to fear about the weather!
