Steam Train, Films, Lectures, Rollapaluza and more for In Between Days

Tuesday 16th November, 2010

If you are planning to come to both December ATP weekends, or wish to stay on after weekend 1 (or come early to weekend 2!) or indeed if you're not coming to our Xmas festivals at all we have limited availability for people to stay on site during the week in between, and day tickets are also available. This year In Between Days is curated by vinyl toy designers AMOS. During the event the small Crazy Horse venue will be open and we’ll be putting on entertainment including bands and djs for an extremely intimate audience. Sadly the previously announced Corrupted have had to cancel their European shows due to personal reasons and are placed by Yob.

Monday 6th December


Daytime activities:

An Introduction to Amos or Who the Fuck is Amos?: James Jarvis and Russell Waterman introduce their design company, Amos, and explain how they came to work with each other. They will also explore their influences and how these have informed their work together.

Tuesday 7th December

Rollapaluza: Rollapaluza are dedicated to reviving the sport of roller-racing / Goldsprints. Two cyclists battle it out on a pair of custom rollers connected to a huge dial over a simulated 500m distance at speeds in excess of 50mph! Rollapaluza events are well known for their atmosphere and the crowd always goes wild! "In 30 seconds I’ve experienced the craziest legal and drug-free high. And best of all it’s on a bike…Cycling Plus."

FOUR DAY TICKETS

In Between Days costs just £100 per person for the four nights including entry to all shows and accommodation in a private apartment for you and your friends. We have limited availability in 4 berth self-catering chalets; to be charged at £400 for four people for the four days. If you only have 2 people in your party who wish to stay, we can place you in a share-a-chalet for the 4 days with another 2 people for £200, so you don’t have to pay for the empty beds.

We are selling Day tickets for In Between Days without accommodation that are priced at £15 per person per night. On sale now from this link.

DAY TICKETS WITH ACCOMMODATION

If you would like Day tickets WITH accommodation for In Between Days we have space available in 4 berth self catering chalets for PAIRS or FOURS priced at £25 per person per night, so for example four people staying on Monday night would be £100, two people staying on Monday £50. Please note there is a small possibility that some pairs would need to share a chalet; so when you book please specify whether you would want a room with a double bed or two single beds by emailing us at feedback@atpfestival.com. Please make sure to select only either 2 or 4 tickets @ £25 when buying! If you purchase any other number the order will not be valid. On sale now from this link.

EARLY CHECK-IN ON THURSDAY FOR BOWLIE

If you would like to travel to Minehead on Thursday December 9th, the night before Bowlie 2 in order to avoid the Friday rush and wake up fresh and ready for the weekend, we can offer early check-in for those purchasing In Between Days Day Tickets With Accommodation on that night.

This is available in any chalet size but you must buy them on a Full chalet basis and in the type you have bought for the Bowlie 2 Event, so if you have a 2 berth chalet booked for Bowlie it will cost £50 to have it the night before, or if its a 6 berth chalet £150 regardless of how many of you will be arriving early to use it. Please make sure to select the correct number of 'Thursday + Accom' at £25 when buying, in order to match up with your chalet size for Bowlie 2. All tickets for your early check-in must be ordered at one time by the person who booked your Bowlie chalet. On sale now from this link.
