The original boutique festival, All Tomorrow's Parties was founded in 2001, with Mogwai curating in the then unusual setting of Pontins Holiday Camp, Camber Sands, UK. Since then the festival has expanded across the globe continuing to set itself apart from large scale corporate events by staying intimate and fan-friendly, whilst influencing countless other festivals along the way. Two very special December festival events at Camber Sands will be the last ever UK Holiday Camp festivals - two consecutive weekends going under the title ATP - End Of An Era. ATP will continue to promote curated events in the UK but will no longer be hosting them at our traditional holiday camp locations.

Weekend 1 curated by ATP & Primavera Sound is now completely sold out, making the Deerhunter curated event this month (tickets available now here) and Weekend 2 the last chance fans will have to attend an ATP holiday camp weekender.

Weekend 2 running from November 29th - December 1st will be curated by ATP and LOOP. Hailing from South London, Loop released three mind-blowing albums in the late 1980s highlighted by 1990's A Gilded Eternity. ATP are very pleased to reunite Loop for this event and also to ask them to collaborate with us on choosing the line-up. As recently confirmed, Mogwai (the headliners of the first ever ATP festival in 2000) will play the closing set of this final holiday camp festival. Today we can announce the following fantastic set of additions to the weekend:

(reformed for this event)
MICHAEL ROTHER presents the music of Neu! and Harmonia

So far the line-up looks like this with more to be added including some past ATP curators:

Curated by Loop:

The Pop Group
Comets On Fire
23 Skidoo
Dirty Beaches
White Fence

Curated by ATP:

Girls Against Boys
Michael Rother presents the music of Neu! & Harmonia
Ty Segall
Balam Acab
Edan (DJ set)
Dawn Hunger

+ many more to be confirmed!

ATP are running a deposit scheme for the festival to make it easier for some people to pay. We are offering a limited number of 4 & 6 berth self catered apartments to be paid for with a deposit upfront, and the remaining amount to be paid by the end of September. These apartments will be sold at full price (£190) with a booking fee of £7.50 per person. For a 4-berth, this works out as: £360 deposit (£90pp) / £430 2nd installment (£107.50pp). And for a 6-berth: £540 deposit (£90pp) / £645 2nd installment (£107.50pp).

All deposits will be non-refundable, so please only apply if you are sure you can pay the remaining amount when it is due in September. You can pay by either Google Checkout (similar to Paypal), Cheque or Bank Transfer. Please email deposit(at) with LOOP DEPOSIT in the subject line if you would like to take part. Please include: your name, address, chalet size, and which payment method you would like to use. Chalets will be granted on a first come first served basis and you will need to pay your first deposit within one week of acceptance into the scheme.

If you wish to attend but can't find four people to fill a chalet, you can now buy a pair of tickets and we can match you up with another pair to share a chalet. Some testimony from previous chalet sharers:

"My boyfriend and I shared a chalet with two awesome ladies and had a blast! We came from the states, so it was a great way to meet new people and hang out." - Susan

"I hardly knew any of the guys I shared with at Shellac ATP, but loved the atmosphere. It actually turned out to be better than sharing with friends, and I'll surely be in touch with them for future gigs and festivals." - Grazia

The event takes place at Pontins Holiday Camp, East Sussex over three days from Friday - Sunday. Check in begins on Friday at midday/noon and Check out occurs on Monday morning at 10am sharp. The event is held in a holiday resort so all tickets include a pass to the festival + 3 nights accommodation in private apartments. Each chalet is self-catering and has a small kitchen with cooking/dining utensils included, bathroom with either a shower or bath and of course a sink & toilet. The TV area doubles as a bedroom with a roll out sofa bed, and then there will either be one or two bedrooms with the relevant numbers of beds. Bedding is included in the chalets.

So you stay on site in your own private accommodation with your friends for 3 nights and you ALSO get a pass to see all of the bands perform over 3 days, plus bar with DJs until early in the morning, free cinema programme, use of site facilities and much more! Apart from nursing a huge hangover, there is a swimming pool, arcades, a beautiful beach across the road, the local pubs and of course Rye Village where there are some very nice places to eat.

Camber Sands is easily accessible via train to Rye (followed by a short bus/taxi ride). High speed trains now run from London St Pancras to Ashford International and take just 37 minutes, then change at Ashford International for a train to Rye (18 minutes).
